Rates
$90 per 50-60 minute session. Sliding scale available for special circumstances.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Do you reimburse for out-of-network mental health providers?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many out-of-network sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the out-of-network coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
I do not directly bill insurance companies, and I accept payment at the time of each visit. However, I can provide a receipt that you can submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. Because I am considered an "out-of-network" provider by insurance companies, I recommend that you call your insurance carrier before you start therapy to determine the rate of reimbursement and the number of visits they will cover for out-of-network providers.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash and checks are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
